PRINCIPLES OF PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA OF GUESTS AT THE DOBIESZKÓW HOTEL

• The administrator of the personal data of the Hotel's guests is the Vocational Training Center in Dobieszków (Hotel Dobieszków) with its registered office in Dobieszków 70, 95-010 Stryków with the tax identification number 733-13-42-672.
• The purpose for which Hotel Dobieszków processes personal data is the conclusion and implementation of a contract for the hotel or catering services. In addition, the purpose of processing personal data by Hotel Dobieszków is:

1. seeking possible claims in connection with the damage done by the guest incurred by the Hotel, or defending against the guest's claims against the Dobieszków Hotel.
2. documenting the performance of the service for tax purposes.
3. providing the highest quality services for hotel and restaurant guests.
4. hotel monitoring to ensure the safety of hotel guests and other people staying at the hotel.

• The legal basis for the processing of guest personal data obtained by the Hotel is a contract for the rendering hotel services. The legal basis for the processing of the guest's personal data used for marketing purposes is the guest's consent. The hotel informs that the consent can be withdrawn at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the validity of the processing that took place prior to the withdrawal of the consent. The legal basis for the processing of guest personal data through monitoring is the protection of their vital interests and the protection of the vital interests of other natural persons, as well as the justified purpose of the administrator. The legitimate purpose of the administrator constitutes the legal basis for processing the guest's personal data to ensure the highest quality of services rendered by the hotel.
• Personal data obtained in connection with the concluded contract for the performance of hotel services will be processed during the period of limitation of tax claims or civil law claims of the Hotel or the guest, whichever comes later. Data obtained on the basis of the consent for marketing purposes will be processed during the period of validity of the consent for marketing purposes. Data acquired in connection with the monitoring will be processed for 14 days from the date of fixation, and then will be permanently deleted.
• Each guest has the right to access their personal data, to have the data rectified, deleted or to limit processing. Access to the data is possible at the Hotel's headquarters. • Each guest has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body, which is the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
• The hotel does not intend to transfer personal data to other companies or outside the EEA.
• Providing personal data within the name and address of residence is a requirement to conclude a contract for hotel services. Failure to provide personal data will prevent the hotel from concluding the contract for hotel services.
• The hotel does not take automated decisions based on personal data, including no profiling.
